Static-key Unified Configuration File

I'm trying to write up a script for the iOS client to use a static-key. I've been reading around the forum and found I have to put some random CA, client cert and key in the script in order for it to work.
Now does the static-key goes into the <tls-auth> section or what? It's somewhat confusing where does the static-key goes...
Also I have made a script that contains the CA, client cert, client key and the static key in the <tls-auth> section. However when I try to connect on my iOS device, it goes into a loop, and keep getting a NETWORK_EOF_ERROR. I'm doing this on 443 over TCP. However the same profile works on my OS X client.
Any insights?
Thanks!
