You all probably know this already, but I'm getting:

The same thing is happening to me. I've tested it from several different ISP connections. I'm unable to register my license because of it.

Can you post a link for installing a OpenVPN on CentOS6 VPS.

I just went to Google and typed in "Install OpenVPN on CentOS6" and the first link that came up was
https://safesrv.net/install-openvpn-on-centos
Good luck since the openvpn.net site is down.

Thank you, I can't download this wget
http://openvpn.net/release/lzo-1.08-4.rf.src.rpm because the openvpn is down. The notification said 503 error means "maintenance or server error".
I will try your link tomorrow.
