Unable to import my p12 file

Hello All
I installed the last version which is 1.1.18 build 30 , and it seem that i can
not import my certificate file(p12).
The device is hang and after few second report an apology....
I tried to reset the device same again...
my android spec is :
galaxy s2 GT-I9100
android rom hebmiui
android ver 4.0.3
