Setting up some kind of NPS to use with OpenVPN

We've began to implement a setup of OpenVPN and have all working as expected for now though before we deploy out to other users we'd like to have something in place to combat malware coming from home devices.

Is there some kind of NPS software we can integrate with OpenVPN to do this? Such as checking status of Virus Software on host machines and declining the connection if found lacking?

I can't seem to find anything regarding this so I'm wondering if it's not possible though figured there was no harm in asking.

Our setup consists of OpenVPN being published through Microsoft TMG.

I hope somebody can help.
