Prevent password saving

Dear all,

in my openvpn installation I'm using both certificates and auth-user-pass for user authentication.

For security reasons I would force my users (on windows and linux) to input they username and password interactively.
In other words I won't they can read username and password from a file...

Of course I know I can recompile my openvpn client without the --enable-password-save option but I would not use this way because it's not 100% safe (for example I can't be sure my users will use my recompiled version insted of the official one, another one...).
Any suggestions?
