OpenVpn Client keeps connecting and disconnecting

Hello everyone. I am new to the forum, i have been using openvpn for a little over a month now. I am using Openvpn client with a Hauwei 3G Modem to connect to vpnbook free vpn services on windows7... everything has been working just fine until 3days back. The internet is extremly slow, sometimes it doesnt go through. I have been getting a lot of the same 2 errors in the event Viewer. Openvpn has been connecting and disconnecting almost every minute. what could be the problem and how do i solve it?

I changed the config file... the speed is a little better but it still disconnects time and time again

I have no access to the server config... I am just using a free remote server.. i downloaded the config file and the certificate from vpnbook.com. i send them the same problem but no one has replied my mail yet. Is there anyway to fix this without the server config file?
