USE tcp on 1 client

hi all :
i have more than seven openvpn clients connected to the openvpn server ,i use six of them for voip which in this case udp is more reliable , but for one of the clients i need to use tcp in order to transmit http packets ,can i do this ,to let server to use both udp and tcp ,and if i can how could be ?
