heloo to all i install openvpn 1.8....
it is work very good but i need to confige them with radius accounting program @
i use for radius with 1812 1813 in ibsng ! ibsng is free but very good accounting !
i cant ras this openvpn with ibsng !
can any body do that for me !?> i send to him servers information !

I assume you are looking for the fields to use for Radius accounting.

In the Access Server admin web interface, go to Authentication > Radius and then click on the 'Help' link at the top-right. There you will find the field names used for accounting.
