Dual Endpoint Encryption !

I have A question that I would like to Ask !
It's about a Dual Endpoint Encryption between my Server and Client : My Objective is To Implement the Highest Standards of security in my Network !
Can you tell me How I can make A VPN or anything else that can connect my to Internet in Absolute (100%) anonymity (no logs,Perfect Encryptions.......) I now I must own my Personal dedicated Server but where and How !!
