OpenVPN client disconnects early

Hello all
I read whole manual for OpenVPN but wasn't able to find how to set on client side that client should try to reconnect indefinitelly.
For now when network is disconnected for few minutes, client is trying to reconnect but after some time gave it and disconnects definitelly.
I need to say the client to retry it indefinitelly. It is because I need some packets to be routed to VPN only but when VPN is disconnected, manual routes are deleted so packets are send outside VPN what is unacceptable.
Is there some special parameter (on WIN) which I can use to deny client disconnection?
Many thanks for any thoughts!
