I have setup Access Server version v1.8.4.400, and recently purchased 10 user license.

The problem is (as title), we have issue if the laptop (installed with OpenVPN Client) transfer to another user. All the 'imported profile from Access Server' will be appeared on the other user profile which are not authorized to use the OpenVPN services. For your information we are using PAM and Autologin.


TL;DR = I would like to installed the OpenVPN Client on the specific profile only.

I think its an OS issue and not on Openvpn. Please refer to OS manual for setting up UAC.

My laptop has 4 user accounts all with administrator privileges, how do I install software for myself only so it doesnt show up in the other users start menu etc? As far as im aware this is done on a program by program basis, some give you the option some dont

What do you mean i have to refer the OS manual? For your information i am using multiple Windows platform, as a replacement for our current SSLVPN Appliance we choose OpenVPN as our alternative. The only way to solve the issue is we have to uninstall the OpenVPN client before doing the migration of the laptop.
