Is this generally allowed or 'ok'?

Hi, i have some thin-client computers out in remote sites with GSM routers attahced that are logged onto my openVPN network.
So for me to gather data or talk to the thin-client i have to load up the config on my computer, once im logged on i can then access the thin-clients also logged on.
What i want to do is to have a website where users can goto and be able to also interact with the thin clients.
So i have a VPS runnign ubuntu, can i host my site on there and also have it running as a openVPn client so that i can do ajax requests to the other thin clients connected on the OVPN network?
