Try using this if your redirect-gateway setup does not work.

Nice thread. As a suggestion, maybe you could add a link on how to solve those questions with common solutions.
"Is redirect-gateway enabled on the client?"
Solution: add "push "redirect-gateway"" on the client configuration or ccd.

And could have been great if it wasn't ....
For example How to enable NAT in the VPN subnet?

So that command will enable NAT as simple as that? Also, it resets during reboot so putting it into some script for it to be executabe will help.
