I downloaded windows installation from Comunity download:
http://openvpn.net/index.php/open-source/downloads.html

My question is if this version has the 2 users limits free, or this version has not this limitation of users ?

the community version is completely free and unrestricted; you can connect as many clients as you like and set up as many servers as you like.
