Set VPN to lowest priority

Hi,
I'm using a VPN to connect to Netflix. However, I want nothing else to be using the VPN.
Essentially, my plan is to have the VPN running, but never used unless called for, which I can hopefully do with ForceBindIP. I have tried to set the VPN's LAN under Network Adapters to be the last in adapter priority, and I have set the Metric number to 9999. However, it appears that the VPN is still the main connection for my computer.
Is there a fix for this?
