Hello,

I am having an error with the OPENVPN Client 1.8.3 on Win7 64Bit.
After i click Connect i get an Balloon Tip:

JSONDialog: spawnProcess: 'ascii' codec can´t decode byte 0xfc in position 44: ordinal not in range(128)

On another Win7 64bit machine and winXP it will works.

Thanks for help.

OPENVPN Client can not connect.
