suggestion to improve forum operation

Hi all,
Ther's one MAJOR annoyance with the current forum system: As soon as a post requires moderator approval, it "just" disappears. Meaning, it's no longer listed under "View your posts" until approved.
As if it didn't exist at all.
Someone patch the forum software, please!
