I can't acces it. Also, there is a broadcaster nearby, to which the satelite is pointed, so I don't think there also telephone for upstream.

Could you give me a link to a guidline, how to build Ovpn on a win10pro?

Sure but you will need to know how it is configured.

Satellite links are known to have problems with openvpn but they would manifest as errors in your logs. So keep an eye on your server log.

I don't build on Windows - I use this:
https://github.com/OpenVPN/openvpn-build

Try adding --mtu-test to your client config and then see your log.

Be sure to connect over the internet to your server ...

Also, please post the details of your openvpn server version.
