Can you access a device to configure the satellite ?

I can't acces it. Also, there is a broadcaster nearby, to which the satelite is pointed, so I don't think there also telephone for upstream.

Sure but you will need to know how it is configured.

Satellite links are known to have problems with openvpn but they would manifest as errors in your logs. So keep an eye on your server log.

Try adding --mtu-test to your client config and then see your log.
