I am unable to access the keys directory keys: Invalid argument

I looked around and VARS.bat seems to be the problem, strange though, this setup worked just fine on windows XP AND windows 7, it seems its only happening on my windows vista business machine.
Can anyone provide a work around for this?

i think it might be : set KEY_DIR=keys that needs to be changed

EDIT: after installing Vista service pack 1, it seems to work normally, still this could be a bug worth mentioning, especially for those who cannot download SP1.
