OpenVPN connecting clients in multiple VLANs based on LDAP + Certificate

I'm wanting to install/configure a VPN that will authenticate clients based on certificate and username/password which are stored in a LDAP server, after the authentication i want to have specific users to access certain VLANs with different permissions on the network.
I only have some basic knowledge on how to install OpenVPN and make basic configurations, on the LDAP server i know i have to specify several groups of users, which will then give, or not, permission to the clients to access VLAN permissions.
If anyone could help me i would appreciate it.
