Openvpn client not able to connect

Hi guys

I am new in openvpn access server configuration
My server on Linux centos 7 Server ip local
10.254.253.130/24 port 1943 tcp
Real ip 115.x.x.x with router port forward 1943 port

As client trying to connect this server Non ovpn client protocol
Detected log occurs and at client side server poll time out occurs
Can anyone help in this

non ovpn client protocol detected means most likely your web browser approaching the web interface. so that's fairly normal.

on the client side if you get server poll time out, it means the server was unreachable. my guess would be that it's trying to connect to ip 10.254.253.130 which is not reachable from the public internet. you probably need to go to the admin ui of the access server, go to server network settings, and put a DNS host name into the 'host name or ip address' field and then set that DNS host name to the correct public IP of your access server. you can also just do the IP but that could get you in trouble if that IP ever changed in the future. and then after changing those settings you should reinstall the vpn client so it uses the correct address to connect.
