Accès impossible à une IP fixe

Je viens d'acquérir récemment un VPS chez OVH avec OpenVPN Acces Server.
Aucun de problèmes concernant la création des utilisateurs, de leurs certificats et de leurs connexion.

Via OpenVPN Connect sur Windows, j'arrive bien à me connecter à mon client, et dans la barre d'adresse de mon navigateur accéder à un autre client (via une IP fix).

Via OpenVPN Connect iOS ou Android, j'arrive bien à me connecter à mon client, mais lorsque je vais dans la barre d'adresse pour saisir l'IP de mon client, je n'arrive pas à y accéder (un site internet classique fonctionne).

Je vais essayer d'un peu mieux m'expliquer.
Je travaille avec plusieurs RUT240 (https://teltonika-networks.com/fr/product/rut240/), ces RUT me permette d'avoir accès à des automates de chaufferie que nous installons.
Je config ces RUT avec les certificats que j'ai généré (et donc un "utilisateur")
Avec ma config OpenVPN acces server, j'ai paramétré une adresse IP pour cet utilisateur, ce qui me permet via l'ip 172.X.X.X d'avoir accès à ce RUT à distance (en connectant mon openvpn acces au bureau via un autre utilisateur.

Sur nos PC windows pas de soucis, j'arrive bien à y accéder, mais sur iOS et Android, mon utilisateur bureau se connecte bien à OpenVPN connect, mais lorsque je saisis l'adresse IP dans la barre d'adresse, la page ne se charge pas.

Si je n'ai pas était assez claire, j'essaierais de mieu m'expliquer ^^

With my OpenVPN access server config, I configured an IP address for this user, which allows me via the ip 172.XXX to have access to this RUT remotely (by connecting my openvpn access to the office via another user .

On our Windows PC no worries, I can access it, but on iOS and Android, my desktop user connects well to OpenVPN connect, but when I enter the IP address in the address bar, the page does not not charge.
