Error message: ovpnagent communication error

There was an error attempting to connect to the selected server
Error message: ovpnagent communication error
On version 2.4.7 for Windows there are no problems. Faced a problem on version 3.0 beta. Help please.

What operating system are you using this on?
I'm still alive, just posting under the openvpn_inc alias now as part of a larger group.

Hmm. To be honest I can't find information about this problem yet. I suggest you make a report on the official support ticket system at https://openvpn.net/support so that it gets to the people that build this program, and they may be able to figure out what the problem is together with you.

1. See if your machine is connected to the network. If yes, check for intermittent connection as well
2. Check for any change in the proxy configurations. If the username or password were updated in recent times, ensure they are updated in the agent
3. Make sure the server and the agent service is up and running
