Xiaomi router-Padavan firmware with Surfshark openvpn

Hello ,
I hope it is the right place to post my asking.
Anyway, I have a xiaomi router 3G with padavan firmware and I looking for configure it with OpenVpn protocol with a Surfshark provider.
I succeed with L2TP protocol but Surfshark doesn't know how to do with OpenVpn protocol.
Someone has a router with padavan firmware here?
I really don't know where ask help so I hope someone can help me here.
