Open VPN server able to connect to, but no internet connectin

Im using the app server ultimate to host a vpn server on a S3 running a custom rom (lineage os)

Anyways I'm able to set up a vpn server and I'm able to connect to it via another android, but it doesn't seem like I have any internet connection
I'm able to send bytes but not receive them

I have the server port forwarded on my router, the router firewall is not blocking it.

Try adding verb 4 to your server config.

didnt fix

but I manage to get the VPN server to work on another device with no problems
think its the app or the s3 being the issue
