LDAP through VPN Encoding

Hi,

I seem to have an issue regarding using LDAP logins (from JumpCloud) onto a OpenVPN server : after setting up the LDAP on the admin pannel, each time I try to log in I get the following :

LDAP exception on ldaps://ldap.jumpcloud.com/ (facility='initialize [ldaps://ldap.jumpcloud.com/]'): 'ascii' codec can't encode character u'\ufeff' in position 26: ordinal not in range(128): auth/authldap:114,ldap/functions:92,ldap/ldapobject:77,ldap/functions:64 (exceptions.UnicodeEncodeError)

Can anyone help ?

I have the same problem. Apparently it's an error from python. Did you find any solution ?
