new having trouble copying files

hey everyone new to the whole linux thing. i am trying to connect to openvpn.i have downloaded the username and pass config file and bash i then copy all three of them. click on other locations/etc/openvpn when i go to paste them the option wont let me also it wont let me drag and drop them i am really struggling here and just want to try the video tutorial on ctf355 please help me
