Update to 2.6.1

All,

I am attempting to update a fedora 26 server to OpenVPN-as 2.6.1. DNF is pulling an old version. And I am unable to find any update/install instructions for fedora server.

I'm pretty sure Fedora isn't an option on the site, but the CentOS/RedHat version would probably work there. Worst case, you just apply only the patch.
I'm still alive, just posting under the openvpn_inc alias now as part of a larger group.
