I recently changed the email address of our openvpn.net account and now I am unable to log in with either the old or the new email address.
I tried the password reset feature with both email addresses but in both cases I it says that the email address could not be found.
I have emailed sales at openvpn.net and info at openvpn.net for assistance but no reply so far.
Is there any body that can assist me?
