Hi there.
I have the problem that i can connect my android app to my ubuntu openvpn server right after i use the command service openvpn start After that i'm unable to connect. My windows says tls key handshake failed and my android says not responding.
I use the server as a client and as a server. It does not matter if i dont start the client connection but only the server connection.
I can see through tcpdump that the packets are forwarded by my router and with nmap that it listens on port 1194. But i can not see any response.

Extra information.
Even if i wait after the openvpn has freshly started then i can't connect.
The only way i can connect is to start the connection on my phone and before it times-out i type the commands service openvpn stop and service openvpn start
