OpenVPN Client not connecting

Hello,
I have a Netgear Router R7000 and followed their instruction to setup VPN to securely access home network.
Used my Android Phone , Uploaded the profile and

1. with WIFI ON (inside network) connected via OPENVPN and it successfully connects.
2. disable WIFI and use 4G network to connect via OPENVPN and the profile will not connect. I have the screen shots of log file. That is all the info I got so far. So I need help in making the VPN work. How and where to look for diagnosis information so I can get some next step ?

Please help me point to the right information.

What does the remote section of your client profile say ?

This forum don't have a way to upload images. I am trying to pull the log from phone.
