help connecting client to private lan (small business) over vpn

Hi,

I'm new to openvpn. My friend owns a small business and he asked me to setup a way for him to connect through vpn to his business lan from his home or any other location. I have setup an openvpn access server on an AWS amazon cloud. What I'm trying to figure out is how to make the connection from the access server to his business lan. Can you provide me with a how to setup such a scenario?
