https proxy support

It would be great if OpenVpn client mode supports https proxy the same way it supports http proxy (do an ssl handshake with the proxy).

This will allow for the case where the connect proxy is shared with a HTTPS web server on port 443.

I apologize if such feature already exists. I could not find it in the man page or searching on the internet.
