Routers which can ovpn passthru

Hello, we have trouble with Ovpn access server using UDP proto.
Me and my colleague have got router Cisco and everything is fine.
But other colleague have D-link model and he can't connect.

Do You know some low cost type of routers, which can we use with ovpn like Cisco?

openvpn does not need any special router config like IPSec does.

you colleague is openvpn client right?

if yes , the problem lies elsewere...
please post configs/logs of your problematic client.
