OpenVPN Client on Windows 7 connecting to vpn.riseup.net

I am getting the following error when connecting to vpn.riseup.net

TLS Error: local/remote TLS keys are out of sync

The configuration information presented on the riseup.net website ( https://help.riseup.net/en/openvpn-wind ... re-openvpn ) is almost certainly outdated. I have downloaded the riseup cert from its website ( https://help.riseup.net/assets/43052/RiseupCA.pem ) but it also might not be up to date. I also tried to verify the certificate with no avail.

Does anybody have a workable config file and the riseup's certificate?
