Does stream sites gain revenue from OpenVPN users?

Hey everyone.

I recently started to use OpenVPN in order to access videostreaming sites which would otherwise be region blocked. I just wanted to ask if anyone can tell me for sure if those sites still gain revenue when I'm using their sites this way. Ads are still playing so I would assume that they do, but I still wanted to ask since I'm a complete noobie when it comes to OpenVPN.
