Manually add users to OpenVPN Access Server

Hello,

I run a bank of Open Access servers, I need a way to add a user to all simultaneously. I figured a bash script with will remote each one and run commands but I need to know how users are handled.

Is it just user accounts made on the machine?

What command could I use?
