Extracting errors only with VHD for windows virtual PC

I am on windows 7 x64 ultimate and i downloaded all 3 virtual machines only the one for VHD virtual PC wouldnt extract properly

I tried extracting it with windows. winrar. and 7zip. all say its corrupt. i have downloaded it multiple times and everytime it says its corrupt.
