Start uTorrent automaticly when OpenVPN connects succesfully

Hello,

This is my first post on the forums so im not sure if I'm in the right place to be posting this topic but here it goes: I want to setup OpenVPN to launch uTorrent automatically as soon as it connects successfully. I have already configured the client to launch and login automatically every time Windows starts. Also, if the client cannot connect successfully, then I would like it to keep retrying until it does. Can anyone help me with this configuration?
