Are there any plans to support the sctp protocol in openvpn?
I'm especially interested in the multihoming functionality of sctp, this would enable openvpn to keep a single (sctp) socket open over multiple network interfaces.
If there are no plans to implement this I wouldn't mind having a go at it myself.

Could you either send mail about this to openvpn-devel mailinglist (https://sourceforge.net/mail/?group_id=48978) or visit #openvpn-devel channel on irc.freenode.net? Those are the main communication channels our developers use.

Hi, i have already porting sctp to openvpn, either tap/tun mode is able to work. But not yet confirm the rest function will be work correctly. Is there any documentation where to put those patch into openvpn git/svn testing branch? Also, i'm searching the volunteers for testing purpose , anyone?
