openvpn redirect-gateway loop

Hi,

I have a simple openvpn setup with redirect-gateway on the server side, my clients are routing all the traffic via the tunnel my question is more informative rather then configuration wise , I read in the man that the statis host (openvpn remote) is being pushed to the client to avoid routing loop , can someone further explain the possible loop ? I cannot seem to understand where the routing loop will be created.
