OpenVPN Server launches correctly from CLI or GUI, but not automatically from Windows Service

Hi all,

I can get my OpenVPN server configuration to launch from the CLI and/or the GUI, but the Windows Service never loads/starts the server I have configured in the `C:\Program Files\OpenVPN\config` directory. Any suggestions on what to look for?
