Connection Failed on mac os monterey 12.7.3

Hello, everyone
i met with one problem on client Macbook, she can't to connect to our VPN server
we have error
Connection Failed
there was an error attempting to connect to the selected server
Error Message: option_error: sorry, unsupported options present in configuration:
UNKNOWN/ UNSUPPORTED OPTIONS

this configuration works with another macbook and imac without problem
