Multiple Wintun interfaces

Post by SerGay » Sat Dec 07, 2019 12:15 pm

I decided to test new 2.5 branch with Wintun driver. But I need more than one connection. With TAP, it was possible to add an additional addapter with a single batch file.

How can I increase the number of Wintun network interfaces?

The very latest version from (it got updated time to time) should support multiple connections via multiple wintun interfaces.

To add another wintun adapter, run from administrative command prompt:
c:\Program Files\OpenVPN\bin>tapctl.exe create --hwid wintun
You could start as much VPN connection as many wintun adapters you have.
