I have a Problem to connect to the server at my work

its stuck here, its started a few weeks ago, Same ISP different modem-router, I did port forwarding
but still the same problem, sometimes it works but i have a lot of lost connections
but when I opened a hotspot on my iphone it connects with no problems at all
what can I do? please help me
