How to start openvpn-server@server.service that failed with error while starting

We have 2 OpenVPN servers 2.4.12 on Linux stopped working abruptly. When checked OpenVPN is already installed. Further we tried to check the version of the software which is already installed we could see OpenVPN 2.4.12 version and service is in stopped state.

Also, we tried to start the service we got the error stating (4) “Job for openvpn-server@server.service failed because the control process exited with error code. See "systemctl status openvpn-server@server.service" and "journalctl -xe" for details.” We do not see any file with error message in the path /var/log/openvpn

We are completely blocked on getting to the environment. Please guide / help
