squid proxy without configuring client web browser

i wanna use squid proxy to optimize browsing speed of our vpn
is this possible on openvpn without configuring client browser?

hi there,

yes is it possible ,but its not openvpn job to doit.

you can use openvpn to push default gateway and use iptables to
transparently forward outgoing requests to port 80 to your proxy.
this is called transparent proxy and you can find plenty info on the net.
