Help for connect with Tplink Vr1210

hi, I have a problem with openvpn on a tplink vr1210 router.....
I enabled the server and saved, then I generated the certificate and then exported. I added the file to openvpn connect, but it won't let me connect. the connection comes from an isp in fwa.
I tried to open the openvpn port on cpe fwa, but nothing. what should I do? can I get help?
