I am new to this forum and to the world of VPN in general!

I am looking for the best cloud provider to host my Virtual Private Server (VPS) for deploying the OpenVPN software.
-> Best cloud provider in terms of:

• User friendly interface with the necessary options of setting up OpenVPN

• High speed (Planning to connect to a cloud server in Toronto from Dubai)

I am also looking for the best VPN router with OpenVPN client pre-installed.
-> Best VPN router in terms of:

• Speed

• Connectivity

• Coverage

Note: The above VPN setup is based on my extensive research on masking the IP location. As IP locations may easily be detected by IT admins at top IT companies, the safest VPN setup according to Reddit is deploying OpenVPN on a VPS.
